Support the Group’s executive team on calendars, travel, correspondence and confidential matters across multiple countries and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules, travel and correspondence across entities and time zones
- Coordinate with carriers, agents and overseas partners
- Prepare board packs, presentations, reports and minutes
- Track strategic initiatives and commercial action plans
- Handle confidential commercial, legal and personnel information
Key Requirements
- Fluency in 3+ of: English, French, Arabic, Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree in business, international business, management or economics
- 5–10 years supporting C-level executives, ideally in logistics, shipping or trade
- Strong commercial acumen and financial/freight-rate fluency
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of Incoterms is a plus
